The flexibility of this quote tool allows you as an estimator or customer representative at your call center, office supply store etc; be able use it from anywhere in any time zone without needing internet access! I wish there was more room between columns because when used online (on mobile devices) some characters are cropped off which does not allow me see all my notes about each line item needed by our customers/estimators during quotes calls -.- Sometimes we need extra space where questions can easily fit into one column like "Do they want paper bags? Yes No" instead having two separate ones next too them makes things hard sometimes if its crowded out especially while reading aloud over phone lines :) It really helps us keep track how many times were called back due low inventory levels compared woth actual demand so far since last week's estimate date & what percent increase would make sense given current stock level compare vs original.
