The best part about lake b2b is that it has all my favorite features such as email marketing, social media management etc in one platform which makes life easier to manage everything at once from 1 dashboard without having to use multiple tools.
It also helps me track leads/customers across different channels (email & direct mail). I wish there were more integrations with other platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce so we can get better insights into our customers' buying journey but this hasn't been an issue thus far.
