I had other split ring pliers that didn't work very well and I was very dissatisfied with using them so it stayed in my desk drawer and I used my fingernail instead. Due to a finger injury during the busy Christmas period I was looking for something that would help me get rid of the pain trying to open the rings. Based on the reviews I gave them a try and am very happy with how they work. I've used them to shift hundreds of 7mm and 10mm split rings with ease. I wish I could find her first!
