It just works. But be careful with the screw!
Same as factory magnet. But this one works. If you're having trouble with your key getting stuck in the ignition, this might help! The installation takes about 15 minutes. As another reviewer wrote, the small screw is reverse-threaded (makes no sense, but it is). You have to turn it clockwise to loosen it and save the screw because you will have to reuse it. Anyway, worked like a charm!
