UPDATE: I'm an idiot! The slider is actually removable for cleaning - all I had to do was put it in the closed position and use the SUPER HARD grip to slide the end of the fork through the hole to make it pop out. For example, I hit him so hard I felt like I was going to break him! And after that everything was clean! Even the little rubber bands over the holes are removable - I picked them up with a fork and scratched them too. Everything without mold and now like new! And then, with enough force, it just springs back into place! So sorry for the bad rating! I take it all back!———————————————————— I'm so angry! I've been using them non-stop for a month and a half and although they seal perfectly and keep my drinks cold all day, the lids get mouldy! And the bad thing is, by design, there's no way to get under the sliding lid over the opening to pull the mold out! The liquid gets in easily and if you slide it and shake the lid it comes out but there is no way to access it to clean it! Whatever I do, it gets blacker and blacker. I've tried soaking it, I've tried getting in with an old toothbrush, I've held it under water and shook it, all to no avail! So rude!
