We purchased this to use in an office space during COVID where there would be limited staff, so we wanted to keep the doors locked. We needed two bells, which is why we chose this model. There are multiple choices for the chime, which was fun to play with. Only concern is that it isn't as loud as we had hoped. The office space is large, so the ringer itself was placed in a central location. Even so, people on either side of the space with their internal office doors closed can't always hear the bell ring. It is working for us, though, and it was a good purchase.
