I didn't want to buy the most expensive doorbells but I certainly didn't want to buy the cheapest. I'm not disappointed with my decision but I have one beef. I had to go through what seemed like an eternity of obnoxious, deafening noises and sounds before I finally found a normal doorbell chime. Then, I had to do that for ALL THREE BOXES. Why on this Earth would they put gunshots and barking dogs BEFORE a normal doorbell chime? It IS a doorbell after all. I was just about to box the things back

I like the subtle light for the hearing impaired.However, the instruction translation has issues and are quite frankly incomplete. We purchased this to use in an office space during COVID where there would be limited staff, so we wanted to keep the doors locked. We needed two bells, which is why we chose this model. There are multiple choices for the chime, which was fun to play with. Only concern is that it isn't as loud as we had hoped. We love our new doorbell. We have a gate and fence around our property and often miss visitors, especially deliveries. This is a great doorbell. I didn't install it myself, I had my tech savvy child do that but she didn't have any problems with it. I got all the parts I ordered in a timely manner and everything works. The only problem I had with it was that it didn't stick to my stucco wall. I had to stick it on the door itself. Pretty much as advertised. Works great and does what I wanted which is to have another chime in the basement so I can hear the doorbell when I'm down there.Only one complaint - when the chime units are plugged in there is not enough room left to plug in another appliance into the duplex outlet. They should have located the plug-in prongs higher to accommodate this,1/4 to 3/8" would be enough.As far as "Waterproof", that remains to be seen as only had this a couple of weeks.
