A few months ago I bought my first bike with this helmet. After several rides I crashed for the first time and quite hard. I hurt my shoulder, hurt a few ribs and totally messed up my quads. Luckily for me I would have been in the hospital with at least one concussion, if not something worse, if I hadn't been wearing a quality helmet. I hit my head on a rock and the worst I had was a small bruise near my eyebrow. The helmet was dented and the foam was cracked so it was compromised but it did its job perfectly. Decided to buy the same helmet right after this fall.
