As the size is too big (but the smallest is too small) I would like the company to sew the leather in front of each hole so it can be trimmed down without tearing the leather. (In the photo for example) Nice collar. I know that with proper care and maintenance it will last a very long time. But my small dog really shouldn't be able to take the extra weight of a collar that's too long. I think I'll take it to a shoe shop to see if they can sew where I want to cut. (I don't think my sewing machine can handle two layers of leather.) I think another alternative would be to just cut them open and use some really good glue to hold the two layers of leather together.
