Review on Lifegard Aquatics Standard Threaded Bulkhead by Ken Hamdan

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Used to add a drain valve to a wetvac tank. :)

I recently bought a small wet/dry vacuum that can be wall mounted to clean the meltwater from the snow our car brings into the garage. Take it off the wall, all its tools, tool rack, etc. to empty the tank when it's inconvenient as it doesn't hold enough water to do all the work in one go. Unlike the larger Wetvac, this one does not have a drain hole. To empty the tank you have to remove the cap. So I added this fitting, a garden hose thread adapter and a garden hose valve to the side of the wetvac tank below. I can easily empty it into the bucket as often as I like and only have to take the Wetvac off the wall once at the end of the job to dry the air inside. Hardware is well made and does not leak.

Pros
  • Partition Hardware
Cons
  • Slightly Crumpled
