Great price, easy to install, step drill is a good idea. I used these along with pig teats to build a waterer for our pigs and it worked great! Lots of people have complained about them cracking or not sealing, that's just not true, the trick is simple, don't over-tighten! I hand tightened it plus a quarter turn, then filled the keg and checked for leaks, not a single drop. Previously, they were as hot as 20 degrees, and the water once almost froze to a solid state. Very durable. I have used various types of this product to build a filter/water source outside of a fountain I made. Drill a hole in the 5 gallon bucket and place one of these as a drain hole in the 5 gallon bucket. Unfortunately, I drilled the drain hole too close to the edge of the tub. Install one of them and tighten it, and there will be no leakage even with poor selection of drain hole position. It won't break. I recently bought a small wet/dry vacuum that can be wall mounted to clean the meltwater from the snow our car brings into the garage. Take it off the wall, all its tools, tool rack, etc. to empty the tank when it's inconvenient as it doesn't hold enough water to do all the work in one go.
