The product is not pure white, not full white, which is different from the picture. Temperatures on my 4.40GHz overclocked i5-9600K aren't ideal, but that's okay. ideally around 30C to start with, but rises to 46C after minimal use, which isn't great for a liquid. I've already checked if it's just not making enough contact and if it's making full contact with the processor, so it's not. It just seems like it can handle the temperature from the OC of the CPU. and an hour ago my RGB didn't turn off which worked fine. I've tried plugging it into a different header and swapping from my RGB header to the motherboard RGB fan socket and still nothing. I think they gave me half a worker.
