The mounting screws don't even tighten, they just go round and round. I removed the bracket from the processor bracket and tried that too, one screw just turns and doesn't even tighten.

I used the fans I already had as I've heard some complaints about the included fans. Keeps my 3800x nice and cool even during long workloads. The best part is of course the looks, the RGB works great with my AsRock motherboard and the All White wheel has a more unique look than other AIOs. Will update if I run into any issues or when I'm ever done testing these fans.

Installed the cooler on a new build and chose this new DEEPCOOL cooler for its unique look and design. So far it keeps my standby temperature around 30 degrees Celsius and under heavy loads it doesn't usually exceed 50, at least for what I use it for. Happy with it so far although I wish the LEDs were ARGB for cooler effects with the round light design.

So I bought the Captain 360x, the installation went relatively smoothly, the brochure they give you has a lot of pictures and explanations. Includes various screw packs and brackets for Intel and AMD. It was helpful. Thermal paste is also pre-applied. My previous air cooler couldn't keep up with my Ryzen 5, constantly overheating and shutting down. After setting this up, my temperature doesn't collapse to 80 degrees, even on a stress test. The product is not pure white, not full white, which is different from the picture. Temperatures on my 4.40GHz overclocked i5-9600K aren't ideal, but that's okay. ideally around 30C to start with, but rises to 46C after minimal use, which isn't great for a liquid. It's a little disappointing. Very low weight and significant material savings. Ridiculous for a $160 cooler. I can't even feel if there is liquid in the device. Wiring is cheap, connectors are lame, and ribbon cables are common and need to be managed. There really should only be one pump cable, one x3 fan cable and one extra LED cable like the one that comes with AMD Prism coolers, that's it.
