Very good item. The woman chose the model. (I'm not stupid). I also got her a matching purse/backpack. This is her third Vera Bradley set of this type in the last 8-10 years. They seem to have good wear resistance and look very stylish. Her only complaint was that the matching backpack was noticeably larger than her previous one. This one was about the size of a normal backpack, while her old one was about two-thirds smaller. More of a preference than a complaint.
