Review on Ultimaxx by Brian Smith

I recently made a poor decision and bought something from Ultimaxx's online shop. From the very beginning to the very end, everything went wrong. The first problem is the website's poor usability. I wasted a lot of time because the search bar didn't work and I couldn't locate what I needed. After a long search, I was frustrated by the cumbersome purchasing procedure. I had to reenter my payment information several times because the website kept crashing. What's more, the quality of the product I got was abysmal. It didn't even last a week of use before it was obvious that it was a fake. Ultimaxx's customer support went radio silent when I asked for a refund or exchange. As a whole, I would not recommend shopping at Ultimaxx's web site. The website is difficult to navigate, the purchasing process is annoying, and the goods are inferior imitations. Don't bother with this store if you want to avoid hassle.
