Review on 🎧 Plantronics Blackwire 3210: Monaural USB-A Headset with Boom Mic for PC and Mac by Amanda Ellis

I bought this for work because the last plantronics I had was really comfortable but I had a problem with it all the cable that was twisting and knotting up until then was basically one big knot. I was hoping this one would be different as it is more expensive. The USB to adapter part is good, but the thinner cable from the adapter to my headset is all twisted and when you unwrap it it instantly twists back. It's a big knot right next to my ear, so I can't even use the volume/mute button. The company refuses to replace it. I will recommend my company elsewhere as Plantronics cannot tolerate their shoddy product.
