It was a mistake on my part not to open and try this product as soon as it arrived. This Powri charger showed that it charged my iPhone the first time I used it, but five minutes later I checked and found it wasn't charging anymore. It was the same for all other USB ports. I went through the return window with Revane. I bought two of these and both are defective. Update 1/1/19 After I wrote this review, Vicky from Powrui reached out and suggested that the issue might be related to the Lightning cable I was using. I explained that I threw away 2 devices and couldn't test the other cable again. However, Vicki sent a replacement unit to test and it worked great. She then sent a second replacement which also worked with no problems. I don't know if the original devices were defective as I can't test them again. However, I have nothing but praise for Powrui for solving purchase issues and guaranteeing my satisfaction. Thank you Vicky! I
