Great picture and easy to use

I bought a Vantrue T3 from Revain. I've been using it for about a week and have been impressed in my first week of use so far. I used the included 12V plug to power the unit. I will be using the supplied OBD connector in the near future. Installation was easy, I just routed the wires around the edge of the headliner and into the rubber molding of the door, then routed them under the glove box. Took me about 15 minutes. I installed it on my 2018 Ford F-150 and had enough cable length. The menu is easy to navigate and I was able to go through the different options and set it up in minutes. Shared some photos from the ride. The first time I drove directly into the evening sun and could barely see through the windshield, I had to pull down the sun visor to be able to see safely. The T3 had no issues and you can see the video isn't blurry. I'm really impressed with the quality of the video I watched. The motion sensor works well when parking. It records when something moves in front of the truck. I am very happy with my purchase. The main thing that struck me about this car DVR is that it uses a capacitor to power the device, not a battery. I found it to be a safer option when the camera will be exposed to the sun and heat. I highly recommend the Vantrue T3.
