There is no such thing as really "small” anymore The American diet allows all sizes to gain weight, which is not surprising. I've stayed the same size for the past 10 years, and the little ones just keep getting bigger. So tired of adjusting everything. I am not abnormally tall. I'm 5'7 and 115 to 120 pounds.
