$200 machine leaking

Huge disappointment for a $200 machine that I expected to work right out of the box. My 15 year old Braun Citromatic juicer that I bought for $25 works better. For example, what if I squeeze juice from a large orange or grapefruit and a lot of juice comes out at the same time, does it flow down the sides of the spout? . And if I close the spout and try to squeeze out the juice and open the spout then half of the juice squirts out the side of the spout all over the counter (please watch the video). Then I went and did a little research on the internet. Even the official Breville video (https://amazon.com/vdp/0a0fd44e7ed845f38cb413dcc278b04f) shows a leak when you reach 33 seconds of the video (7yHsBjIYuAQ). Then I looked at some third party reviews and all reviews either don't give juice with the spout closed or they just never open the spout after juicing (because I'm sure they know it spills everywhere). Revain sent me a replacement and it's the same problem, so basically Breville never thought it through properly and introduced a design flaw into something that worked in 20 year old juicers. Overall build, quality, mechanics and looks are solid. It looks great on a counter made entirely of stainless steel. But what good is a juicer if the basic functionality is missing. The other three things I didn't like are: 1- The top part that comes off is not very easy to pull out or put back on. You could do a better job. The inside is also plastic and a little harder to clean2- The filters and cone that I have to wash are slightly rough steel, not that smooth so the pulp sticks to them and they're a little harder to wash off, but that's something what I can live with. 3- Breville used to include two filters with this product; fine strainer and a coarse strainer for more meaty juice. Now they contain only meaty. While most people, myself included, would have preferred more pulp, I'm concerned that they removed an element from the original product. I think it's a love-hate relationship because I really like how it comes out and I really hate when it overflows. Therefore, if I decide to keep the juicer, I must be aware of this disadvantage and: 1- Never juice with the spout closed. 2- Juice in slow motion when juicing grapefruit or other large citrus fruits. Hope that helps.
