I like that it's easy to use, has almost no learning curve for new users, and can be used with any LMS (like Moodle). It also integrates well into other platforms such as Google Classroom or Canvas. The reporting functionality could be improved. For example, there should be more options in terms of what you're able to export your data reports too - currently only CSV files are available. This was not something we were looking for when using this tool but once it became apparent how limited some of our colleagues' knowledge base about technology was, we decided to look at alternatives. We have been very happy so far! Our team members love being able to access their courses from home without having to come back to campus every day; they can learn anytime, anywhere and share content easily with others.
