They offer much better dexterity than my large flexible oven mitts. The fabric stretches like a hat so it fits my small and maybe large hands. The blue dots on the surface are silicone so don't hold anything over 500 degrees for too long, but I think a few seconds should do the trick, otherwise buy welding gloves. The included loose sleeves are thin but can come in handy when grilling with an open t-shirt. By the way, they had no information labels or instructions, just a clear plastic bag.
