I only use this product to mix with milk, Norcal Pea protein powder and flavorings (banana, chocolate syrup, etc.) made in a blender. I received the bag safe and sound. The powder had a fresh peanut flavor and no extraneous odors. It's very fine, like sifted flour, and purees instantly in a blender, but requires a little more manual effort with a spoon in a jar, as you'd expect. Real peanut flavor. When mixed halfway with Norcal Pea Protein, the peanut flavor is less pronounced but still completely masks the mildness of the pea protein powder while retaining the pea protein benefits. When used as a treat with Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Syrup, it tastes better than any peanut butter cup confection. I've only had it a week and keep it in the original packaging in a closed kitchen cupboard in an ambient temperature of 70 degrees in winter. If there is no spoilage in the next month then this is the perfect peanut butter protein powder you will find. A bit pricey but worth every penny.
