A mirror is always good

That's why I bought it. I never worry when using this brand. The pans are really non-stick coated and will stay that way for a long time if you take good care of them. I remember having a Cephalon pan that I paid twice as much for that never worked properly. I went and bought a mirror and it worked so well I got more. Since then I have relied on them. I've had my last one for over five years and use it several times a week. Then I accidentally left it on a hot burner and burned the finish so I replaced it. my fault
