Attention oysters! - Kitchen and dining room

I was looking for an oyster knife that would allow me to easily shell an oyster shell AND cut the muscle out of the shell. All the other knives I've tried have been good at one, but not both. I was so happy when I first used this knife. it fit comfortably in my hand and I had no problem getting the point through the hinge and pulling out the top shell, also cutting muscle with this knife. When you look at the blade, it doesn't look or feel too sharp where you would worry about cutting yourself if the blade slips. Now this is my favorite oyster shaker and I threw away all the others!
