May doesn't hold juices

Thought I'd save on parchment paper etc. No, the juices drip onto the back of the mat causing the mess I was trying to avoid. Leaves a yellow stain on the mat after repeated use. Back to my aluminum foil so I can just roll it up and throw it in the trash without having to clean it.
