Review on Brush Nylon Filament Thread Max RPM by Edwin Kreps

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Don't put it in the mill.

So I had a lot of work to do with this brush and I ignored the instructions and put it on a 10,000rpm sander. 2500 rpm max. If you run it at 10K, the bristles open evenly, and you can pretty much sense the impending doom at that point. I'm a redneck who likes to learn the best lessons the hard way, and I thought this would make a great ER story, so I carried on anyway. the body of a makeshift bed truck in record time, but all along I had been fully expecting this thing to self-destruct, probably taking a permanent part of me with it. I was lucky and didn't have any incidents, but I'm convinced it was pure luck. Believe me. If I think this is stupid and dangerous, DON'T DO IT!

Pros
  • Can be used on metal, wood, aluminum and plastic surfaces
Cons
  • Expensive
