Review on Rollerblade Zetrablade Fitness Inline Silver by Robert Oner

Very comfortable for sport

Stuck at home my family got this for my birthday. I tried roller skating ten years ago and didn't get very far. Then my skates were uncomfortable and I fell often. I gave up after four attempts. This is a much more comfortable pair. There's padding inside that's helpful for beginners, but gets in the way of intermediate or advanced skaters (who want perfect "fit" and control). Being a beginner I was a little rough on the skates and they have scuffs on the side. The skates have also been left outside in the sun and look just as good. The wheels are softer than other brands of inline skates. Again, this is useful for beginners, but may not be as good for intermediate skaters. The wheels rotate freely, the wheels are stable and do not wobble. Depending on the surface you are exercising on, you may need to spin the wheels (instructions and Allen key included). You'll also need to oil or take the wheels off regularly to remove hair and other debris that inevitably gets caught in them. Again, this is easier than it sounds. Use an allen wrench to remove the wheel. Remove dirt, brush it off with an old toothbrush and put the wheel back in. Size: I have a size 10, foot size 10.5. I recommend a snug fit. My foot sits firmly on these runners and they hold my ankle and heel almost perfectly. When you're starting out, buy knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist pads. After trying several brands, I settled on the lasts that are also made by this inline skate company. They were the same price as other no name brands and a lot more comfortable. I also recommend the great videos by SkatefreshAsha on Youtube to start with. Good posture and technique are essential to prevent back and leg pain and prevent fatigue. And once you're comfortable, you need to learn certain techniques (stopping, turning, balancing on one foot) necessary to develop good technique. Improve your posture and technique and in a year or two you'll be able to justify a good professional couple if you want to. Or you can continue with this pair for lounging or for a quick run around the hood. I hope this is helpful and I hope you learn to skate too! Skating is now my special hobby for father and daughter!
