The hat itself seems quite nice but it is ***** WAY **** too small for my nine year old grandson. I thought about it when I ordered, but saw that some reviewers mentioned that it was suitable for children around the age of 10, so I went ahead and ordered. My grandson was delighted when he arrived but is now very disappointed. I think the size would be best for a 4 or 5 year old. Sizes are listed on the Revain page. I recommend doing what I didn't do: take measurements of the child you're buying for before ordering.
