I've been using this type of mailbox for years and this is the first time I've seen one that big. Made of durable plastic with a removable metal floor grid. The grid lifts up for cleaning, but won't tip or bend unless your pet really tries to tip it over. Can be used without a grid. There are plastic connectors to attach it to the sides of the cage, but I preferred to either attach it or not attach it at all. I've used them on rats and rabbits and they worked well on both animals. We will keep using it!
