I've recently started making chicken wings at home. I borrowed an ax from friends to cut the bones, but I ended up crushing the blade. I was going to buy him a new one and bought one myself when I did a little research and found this one. It was listed as the most popular cleaver at $50+ Cleavers and I totally understand why. I paid less than $10 for it and didn't realize it was such a cheap product. That works great! I sharpen it before each use, but there are no dents and it goes through bone with no problem! My friend used it the other day and even cut a cutting board in half! Anyway, it works TOO well! I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to buy a cleaver whether they use it regularly or not. It's worth every penny!
