Correct color temperature. Turns on quickly, no flickering. The replacement LED is brighter than the fluorescent tube they replaced which was good. The supplier contacted me via email that the LED tubes might be too long for some lights. The extra length made them a little more difficult to install, so I gave them 4 stars. The lighted tube has a dark band running the length of the tube. You may need to remove the tube, rotate it 180° and reinstall it with the dark stripe facing the bracket. Time will tell if LEDs last longer than fluorescent ones.
