I love that we are able to have so much flexibility with this service.

It's easy for us as consultants because they take care of all aspects from scheduling calls through follow ups after each one! They also do their own outreach which makes it easier when you don't want your team doing too many things at once or having to be involved in every step along way (like calling leads). There can sometimes be lag time between changes being made by them but overall everything has been great thus far!! Really like how flexible it allows me to work remotely without worrying about my schedule getting messed up if something comes across during business hours where someone else needs immediate attention - just send off tickets/notes directly via email instead!
