The remote control doesn't help.
I bought these lights to hang behind sheer curtains to decorate a guest room wall. I like the looks. However, the switch is where the string of lights starts, so I have to reach behind the curtains to turn it on. I wish it was closer to where you plug it in. Also, it blinks like crazy every time you plug it in, and I have to do different things to get a consistent light. I want it to stay with whatever feature you choose, so all you have to do is toggle it on and off.
