Review on ShrinkRapt by Brett Morrison

I like that it's easy to use, has great customer service support (even when you're not paying them), allows me to track my clients' appointments easily with reminders sent via text or email, can be customized as needed and most importantly - works! There are some features I would love if they could add in but overall this software does what we need without being too complicated. It really helps us keep our business organized by allowing all of our providers access to their accounts at once so no one forgets who saw which patient etc. We have also been able to share documents between patients through a link from each person's account page in case there needs to be an updated document given out during treatment.
