Nowadays when you buy something its great and its better than expected. This is one of those times! I used it to connect two 32" AOC monitors to an HP desktop and a Dell laptop via HDMI. Both HP and Dell are older models and don't have HDMI or USB video, so I had to use DVI-HDMI and DisplayPort-HDMI adapters and had no problems. I was also able to connect a scanner, laser printer, and printer/scanner combo through a KVM USB port and USB hub that I got for free at a NASCAR race. Very easy to use remote and keyboard shortcuts. I haven't used tech support, but I've searched the internet for answers about using a USB hub and there was no help on their website. This is a great product and it exceeded my expectations.
