pretty versatile good for me
This is a good product and they give some ideas for how to use it not just for the basic pullups but also dips (low to the floor), pushups, and situps. I've also been experimenting with bands for various assisted moves and that really helps to make this product shine. It's pretty sturdy when you have it together and the instructions for assembly are easy to follow and it includes it's own tools, so you don't have to have any. The instructions for potential exercises is pretty minimal and could be better and more creative.
