Very glad I took the risk of purchasing this unit rather than buying it from the manufacturer at over double the price. The original remote control for my TV was so terrible. The middle button kept getting stuck and causing problems. The design of this remote control is much better. It was so easy to set up and sync to the TV. It worked right away. Amazing product for the price!
