Well balanced, well built and well designed
The Saken paring knife was exceptionally good, easy on the eye and easy on the hand. I was surprised when I bought the knife on sale just after the tip of my previous paring knife mysteriously broke off on a family visit :-) nice box, more of a presentation box which isn't bad either. This one gets a well-deserved top mark!
