Waste of money - water filter and softener

I usually use water filters that cost more than CRISTALA FILTER; In fact, I have to change the filter after 3 days because the CRISTAL FILTER does not filter: the test is the same as that of the top water, TTS shows more than 118 from the first use. Please save your money.
