An Upsetting and Disappointing Time at BIKICOCO

During my search for arts and crafts materials online, I came across BIKICOCO by complete accident. However, my happiness did not last for very long. My experience at the store was nothing like a treasure hunt, despite the fact that it may have once been referred to as a "treasure trove." The unprepossessing store was challenging to traverse, and the search function was extremely inefficient. I spent a lot of time looking for the things I needed, but I couldn't locate them anywhere. To make matters even worse, there was virtually no customer support available. I attempted to get help by reaching out to various sources, but I got no reaction. It appeared as though the business had given up any effort to keep its regular clientele happy and engaged. When I was finally successful in making a purchase, the things that I ordered arrived in a poor condition. The craftsmanship was below average, and I was extremely dissatisfied with that. In a nutshell, my time spent with BIKICOCO was in no way enjoyable or satisfying. This shop is not one that I would recommend to anyone in search of high-quality painting supplies, craft materials, or sewing equipment. Look elsewhere for what you need to fulfill your crafting requirements in order to save yourself some time and frustration.

Pros
  • Huge variety of superior craft materials and needlework equipment.
Cons
  • The cost of shipping is not always made obvious.
