works with CRT monitor 1600x1200p@85hz .10.10S. 80HS124. 3080 No problems, artifacts or delays were found. This is one of the few VGA adapters that can run above 1080p at 60Hz. I've tried many and this is the only one that can run above 1080p at 60Hz. There are others like Sunix, but they are expensive and rare, costing over $120
