One of my Dyson V11 had a broken trigger. replacement ordered. When I tried to operate the vacuum cleaner, I realized I didn't have the tools to open it. I ordered this tool set. It arrived quickly. I then watched a YouTube video on how to open the cleaner and replace the trigger. This worked perfectly. All three parts from the kit were used and performed their function well. This is required to work if you don't already have the tools.
