I bought this for my son because he has a bunk bed so I figured he might need to tilt the TV up sometimes and sometimes to the bottom bed. Unfortunately, the incline requires you to loosen and then retighten the washers. Aside from that part, it comes with everything you need for installation, including a small level. It comes with plastic to hide the cables. I really appreciate that not only can the TV be tilted, but it can also be moved far enough away from the wall to connect other peripherals without having to blindly plug an HDMI cable into the Roku Stick. Looks great, was easy to install and easy to use.
