Good basic baskets. Note that the upper basket may wobble. We shortened the strap that secures it, it's much better. These bags are great for picnics, trips or when my husband commutes to and from work. It fits on his Currie E-Zip battery-powered electric bike rack, although it looks a bit askew. FYI most bags will not work on this rack. So if you have this bike, it works as an entry-level backpack. However, I see that THULE has a much better case with adjustable width clips. (no clips here) and overall the system is much better so we may need to upgrade in the future. Buy well or buy twice. This basket comes with a rain cover. I can't say how waterproof it is as luckily we didn't get caught in the rain.
