It MELted and almost caused a big FIRE
We used this for inventory management. While charging the device, the scanner started smoking and melted the entire scanner charging port. There are burn marks on the table he was standing on, and I'm just glad he didn't burn down the whole camp. I contacted their support team via phone, Facebook and Skype. Still waiting for an answer. I would be VERY careful before buying any of these scanners again. A $45 scanner could literally burn our entire business down.
