Robust and practical design. That's exactly what I wanted. It has an essential center wall plate screw that allows you to mount it to the wall, so you don't need two hands to remove the end caps. Many wall adapter manufacturers have compromised without having a single hole in the center panel for a wall outlet. This hole is long enough that you can leave the wall plate plugged in and still secure this adapter so it doesn't come loose when you unplug the cables. This is important for us because the adapter does not completely cover our socket. We were able to fix the problem by keeping our wall plate and using the middle screw to attach the adapter and wall plate. I recommend this wall adapter.
