Getting started with this unit was fantastic, just what I was looking for to create a custom speaker set for my 4 wheeler. I received my package only to be disappointed with the phone case that came with it, which was not included with the purchase. I didn't really care, all I really wanted was the Bluetooth feature. I wired, rewired and built everything for bluetooth so it just stopped working. I was using the speakers for a total of 3 rides (about 30 hours) when they suddenly stopped connecting to my phone. I've tried everything, the fuses are intact, the wiring is fine. The only thing I can think of is to connect the AUX port (cable with red/white AV connectors). Which didn't work either. At the moment the amplifier is still working, I have power on the device, the remote line is fine. The only way to get sound from this device? Connect the supplied AUX cable to the VOLUME CONTROL PORT. Both audio jacks are 3.5mm, everything works! Although not as expected, I'm sure. Rubbish unit, will not buy another Pyle product to ruin the sound of this Pyle.
