The platform has been very helpful to create custom dashboards for our marketing team, as well customer service teams across multiple channels (email/phone). It's easy enough that even non-techies can use it! There are many integrations with other software platforms out there - but I haven't found one yet which works better than what we're currently using in Figsbyts itself!! We've had some issues getting reports from Salesforce into figbys themselves when they have them set up through their API connector instead of being able directly within SFDC; however this usually gets resolved pretty quickly once someone at sales or support realizes its an issue :) If you need reporting capabilities without having your own development staff build these tools internally then look no further -- just pick something off AWS like Redash / Tableau etc., get yourself familiarized so if anything does go wrong downline they will be more likely willing & capable help fix things immediately rather waiting.
