Due to the smell I decided to return the shampoo before trying it. Instead I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. I have recently dealt with hair loss and had an abundance of new hair a few months ago after postpartum hair loss. Between bad days with hair and my new baby hair doing what it wanted, I wore headbands and pulled my hair back every day. My hairstylist told me that my hair had a lot of wax build up and recommended a regular shampoo without parabens and silicones and then bought a clear clarifying shampoo. So I researched and found this. Although I still don't like the smell, this shampoo brought my hair back to life. Children's hair is obedient, my hair is healthy, shiny and voluminous! I only wash my hair twice a week and use this shampoo once a week to "cleanse" my hair and scalp. I have 2C hair.
